San Francisco — Effective immediately, the National Labor Relations Board’s office in San Francisco (Region 20) will be closed temporarily because an employee in the office has been in direct contact with an individual who is exhibiting severe symptoms and is awaiting COVID-19 tests results. The Agency is taking this step to ensure the health and safety of our employees and the public.

Denver — The NLRB’s office in Denver (Region 27) will be closed on March 20, 2020 for cleaning and will reopen with limited service on Monday, March 23, 2020.

Manhattan — Effective Monday, March 23, the NLRB’s office in Manhattan, which was temporarily closed on March 15, will reopen with limited service.

Under today’s announcement, employees in these offices will telework until notified otherwise. Regional personnel will continue to handle unfair labor practice investigations and processing representation petitions. Additional guidance regarding future hearings and elections will be issued at a later date. Parties should continue to e-file documents, as required by GC- 20-01.
