The president renominated Mark Pearce, a Democrat who has chaired the NLRB since August 2011. Obama also nominated two Republicans, Harry Johnson III, a partner at Arent Fox law firm, and Philip Miscimmara, a partner at Morgan Lewis & Bockius.
